Every last Sunday of August nearly 40 thousand visitors are overwhelmed by the unequaled experience of the Brabantsedag. A unique event full of culture and amusement for young and old. No less than 18 local groups with more than two thousand actors roam the streets of Heeze (a village near Eindhoven) with huge, impressive decors.
The public becomes intrigued by expressive and moving acting. Earnestness and humor , and reality and phantasy alternate each other and bring the history of the duchy Brabant to life in a modern way. One week full of cabaret, art, theatre, street theater, music and “Classical Music in Church & Pub" forms the high valued framing that makes the Brabantsedag an unforgettable experience.
