The Brabantsedag stands for quality. We pride ourselves on the fact that all expressions are professionally and attractively designed. As a volunteer traffic manager you coordinate this. Because of the growing crowds and the departure of the current traffic manager, we are looking for two traffic managers for the Marketing & PR working group.
Tasks:
1. Making an inventory of what needs to be done, setting deadlines and monitoring. A good understanding of marketing & communication is a great advantage to be able to ask the various clients what is needed. You are the only link on behalf of the Brabantsedag with the advertising agency tableaux mediamakers, partner of the Brabantsedag.
2. Planning and managing in consultation with the advertising agency and the other committees.
3. Coordinating communication between the advertising agency and the person ordering printed matter. These can be other committees, but as traffic manager you also order a lot yourself. It is therefore important that you have a good understanding of printed material and its possibilities: provide clear specifications and discuss them, and be able to evaluate quotations.
4. Submitting designs to the workgroup.
5. Point of contact for the advertising agency.
6. Proposing media plan for deployment budget.
7. Contact the media for delivery specifications and deadlines.
8. Co-check proofs, check deliveries/plans, contact with the various parties during the printing process/delivery of advertisements.
