HEEZE - On Sunday afternoon 7 April, the winners of the 61st Brabantsedag 2018, Vriendenkring Hopeloos, were 'awarded' with their tile in the Brabantsedag Walk of Fame. Four very loyal builders of Vriendenkring Van Gaal were also honoured for fifty participations.
The names of Jeanne, Ko, Rini and Henk van Gaal have been immortalized on the statue of the builders on the town hall square in Heeze. They owe this honour to their fiftieth participation in the Brabantsedag in 2018.
The winners of that edition were also honoured, preceded by Heezer drum corps NAT (Net Als Toen) during the event 'Heeze Leeft'. The Friends of Heeze have unveiled the winner's tile of Vriendenkring Hopeloos on the same square. The latest addition to this Walk of Fame is for their victory during the 61st Brabantsedag on the theme 'from Ravenstein to Roosendaal' with the subject Mierlo - Witch Hunt of 1595 of the Devils.
