Are you a star in arranging, organizing, coordinating? Then the Brabantsedag is looking for you!

The Brabantsedag stands for quality. This is reflected everywhere, and all communications are professionally and attractively designed. And that always requires a lot of arranging, coordination and organizational talent. To strengthen the Marketing & PR workgroup, we are looking for someone who can work with this.

What are you going to do..

  • You will be the link with our advertising agency tableaux mediamakers.
  • Make an inventory of what needs to be done, create briefings, set and monitor deadlines.
  • Submit designs to various working groups
  • Request print quotations, review and order print products

  • Check proofs, plan deliveries and deliver materials

Who are you..

  • You can plan and organize well
  • You communicate easily and professionally
  • You are accurate, have an eye for detail, are stress resistant and good with deadlines.
  • You have knowledge of marketing communication, at least of communication (through training / work experience)
  • Experience with printing is an advantage, but not a necessity

The time pressure is mainly in the period: April to July, but you can plan the work and time well yourself. The workgroup meetings are once a month on Tuesdays.
