Accessibility and Parking

The Brabantsedag on Sunday, August 27th, is also being well-coordinated logistically.

Heeze is easily accessible by train. The train station is about a ten-minute walk from the parade route.

Bicycles are also an option. There are six guarded and paid bicycle parking facilities.

Visitors coming by car should take exit 34 from the A2 highway between Eindhoven and Maastricht, or exit 34 from the A67 highway between Eindhoven and Venlo.

The Brabantsedag locations are in the center of Heeze, with several parking lots nearby that are clearly indicated. Parking costs €4 per car and can be paid at the parking lots. P4 is reserved for people with an official disabled parking permit. P5 is reserved for invited guests and VIPs with a pre-sent parking permit.

Closed Roads

The roads to the parade route will be closed from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Entering or exiting the neighborhood will not be possible during this time. Traffic wardens will be present where car traffic is not permitted. Ticket booths open at 9:30 AM, and access is only possible with a valid admission ticket.

Emergency Route

During the Brabantsedag, the municipality of Heeze-Leende has established an emergency route. Cars are not allowed to park or stop here; towing regulations will be enforced (with high costs). All traffic measures can be viewed at heeze-leende.nl/verkeer.

For People with Disabilities and/or Wheelchairs

Bringing your own (folding) chair is allowed. Along the parade route, various spots are reserved for people with disabilities and/or wheelchairs. Accessible restrooms are also available, including at P4. The parking area near the village hall 't Perron is reserved for people with an official disabled parking permit. Seats cannot be reserved there; it's first-come, first-served.
